This product is a combination of aminopyrine and sodium sulfite, easily soluble in water, and has faster and stronger antipyretic and analgesic effects than aminopyrine.
【Pharmacokinetics】
The injection is effective quickly, T1/2 is about 1 to 4 hours.
【Indications】
It can be used for antipyretic in high fever. It can also be used for headache, migraine, muscle pain, joint pain and dysmenorrhea. This product also has a strong anti-rheumatic effect and can be used for acute rheumatoid arthritis, but because this product may cause serious adverse reactions, it is rarely used in rheumatic diseases.
【Usage and Dosage】
Deep intramuscular injection is 0.25～0.5g once; children are 5～10mg/kg once.
【Adverse reactions】
Although this product is less irritating to the gastrointestinal tract, it can cause the following adverse reactions:
1. In terms of blood, it can cause agranulocytosis with an incidence of about 1.1%, acute onset and fatal risk in severe cases, and can also cause autoimmune hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia, etc.;
2. On the skin, it can cause allergic manifestations such as urticaria, exudative erythema, and severe exfoliative dermatitis, epidermolysis, etc.;
3. Local reactions, redness, swelling and pain at the injection site may disappear after a few days; some patients have symptoms of toxemia, subcutaneous bleeding, or purple-black pus, which often takes several months to heal.
4. Allergic rash or drug fever, urticaria, severe cases may have exfoliative dermatitis, epidermolysis bullosa and cause death. Anaphylactic shock can occur in individual cases and even lead to death.
5. Occasionally, profuse sweating and collapse symptoms occur during injection.
【Contraindications】
Those who have a history of allergies to this product or aminopyrine should not be used.
【Precautions】
1. This product is prone to cause adverse reactions, especially acupoint injection is not suitable, especially for acupuncture points of joints.

3. This product should not be used for a long time. Long-term use can cause neutropenia, thrombocytopenic purpura, and severe aplastic anemia or even death.
